SALAD FOR LUNCH !

I was thinking what to make for lunch today as i was not in a mood of cooking so i decided to have a salad easy to make and at the same time healthy to eat.

HEALTHY SALAD

Cucumber....... 1
Carrot.............. 1
Iceberg lettuce...1/2 cup
Green olives.... 4-5
Black olives...... 4-5
Tomato............. 1
Corriander leaves...(finely chopped)
Salad leaves....... 1/2 cup

FOR DRESSSING:

Olive oil........ 2 tbsps.
Lemon juice...1 tbsp.
Salt.................. to taste
Pepper............ 1/4 teasp.

1.Cut tomato,cucumber,carrot,iceberg lettuce and salad leaves in small cubes and put them in a bowl except the carrots.
2.Boil the carrot for 5 mins and then add them in the bowl,now mix the corriander leaves(finely chopped),green and black olives(diced) and mix properly.
3.Take a small bowl add olive oil,lemon juice,salt and pepper now whisk properly and put the dressing over the salad.
4.Tasty and healthy salad is ready to be served.
